The flowers are beautiful, and I always like the way the carrier leaves a message to look on the doorstep in case I am not home at the time of delivery.

What a lovely arrangement! My son ordered them for Mothers Day. He requested a specific flower, which your shop later determined was not going to be available. He told me that you called him back and discussed with him the options. That's BIG... I know of other situations where a substitution was made and the customer not notified of the change. Thanks for your commitment to quality and integrity!

My son has been sending me floral arrangements from Bobbi's for several years and each one has arrived fresh and beautiful.....and on time for each occasion! He told me he was a bit worried about delivery this Mother's Day because he had been out of town and contacted Bobbi's at the last minute. I am glad you asked! I was PLEASANTLY SUPRISED by my beautiful Mothers day bouquet. My son orders through you every year. I have to tell you in the past I have been less than thrilled for these reasons:Stems cut short, too many "filler" flowers ( I detest carnations & mums in a bouquet,not enough roses. I know my son spends good money on his gift and I never felt until this time it reflected his generosity. THANK YOU. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!

The flowers were a hit. My flight was cancelled so all I could think was to order some beautiful flowers to send my mom and dad and wow did you come through. MY LADY WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HER FLOWERS. SHE KEPT GOING ON HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY WERE. LEFT THE VASE IN PORTLAND,PACK THE FLOWERS IN HER SUITCASE FOR THE AIR TRIP BACK TO ALBUQUERQUE. THE FLOWERS SURVIVED THE FLIGHT ON WERE FRESH FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

When filling out the delivery address, it would be nice if the funeral homes in Florence and some of the more popular churches were listed as well as the hospital.

I was very pleased that even though I was ordering right before Christmas but it was not for a Christmas event but an upcoming medical procedure, Flowers By Bobbi made sure that my flowers arrived before Christmas and before the medical procedure. The only reason I give them a 4 is sometimes the price seems high compared to what they actually produce. I want the flower arrangements to be full like the photos not chintzy and sparse.

I thought the arrangement was rather small for the amount of money paid. The flowers were fresh and they lasted quite awhile.

The party who received the flowers thought they were beautiful. You didn't have the color I ordered, but e-mailed me and called me to let me know. I couldn't reply right away, so you sent the color you had on hand. I'm glad you did that, because the party received a beautiful bouquet on the day they needed to be delivered.

I received two different arrangements designed by Bobbi and another one from Pro-Flowers. The first arrangement consisted of lillies and yellow roses, the presentation was beautiful. The second arrangement was one dozen yellow roses, once again, the presentation was over the top. The next day a box of flowers from Pro Flowers was at my door, not so beautiful. Bobbi's flowers still look like they were just delivered, four days after the fact. The flowers from Pro...well.....

As always, my folks were so happy with the fruit basket and balloons for their birthdays. Mom has always loved the flower arrangements you have done and I always have complete confidence in you! That you are willing to go out of the way (adding a certain store purchased pie) makes you THE BEST! Thanks for being there.

I sent flowers for Mother's Day to my mother in a nursing home in Calif. Some family members who visited with her that day took photos and sent me a picture of the flower arrangement as it was delivered. Red and pink carnations with white accents is what I ordered, and it was beautiful! All the family commented on how pretty the flowers were, and my mother doesn't speak much but by the look on her face, they could tell she loved them.

You elivered a gorgeous little azalea plant on Saturday. Excellent service, but it would be nice to have an identifying sticker so we would know which azalea we have. Thanks.
